My indispensable assistants and I comprise a team that is second-to-none. Why? Because we all understand that, since there are no “tires to kick” with insurance, our clients are only purchasing our service, not a product—nothing more, nothing less.

And, we understand that our clients will not be satisfied unless they experience the degree of service that they expect and deserve, without which they will seek another source for a Medicare supplement and drug plan. We are passionate about establishing an enduring lifetime relationship with all our clients. We are not here to hide from our clients when they call us with a question or issue. We refuse to be “out-of-sight, out-of-mind” with our clients. About 95% of the time you call our office, you will get a live voice. But in the rare instance that you leave a voice mail, we will return your call promptly. We refuse to bite any hands that feed us.

We are family. We work closely together, laugh together (a lot) and we collaborate to solve challenging issues that confront our clients. If one of our team members needs help, the rest of us are there to provide immediate assistance. We know each other well. Collectively, we have 80 years of experience as licensed insurance agents—enough knowledge and wisdom to make your confusion about Medicare vanish. With over 9,000 clients, we have become experts in knowing how to compose the most appropriate, affordable plan for you, based on your specific situation.
